Most educators leave an IEP meeting knowing what needs to happen, but with no plan on how to make it happen in a busy classroom.
The Missing Half of IEPs gives you that system.
An IEP isn't just a plan for one student. It's a roadmap for building a more inclusive classroom.
The Living IEP Framework shows you how to use each student's IEP to strengthen classroom routines, create visible supports, and design learning environments where more students can meaningfully participate, learn and thrive.

“The workshop will help to streamline your IEP writing process and really save time on paperwork. Carly was very enthusiastic but also realistic about the demands of implementing IEPs."
- learning support teacher
“The AI prompts are great! I feel confident to use AI to help create a Student Avatar to come up with great IEP goals and evidence-based strategies to support the whole class."
- elementary classroom teacher

Hi, I’m Carly, an educator, administrator, and former learning support teacher who has spent years working alongside teachers trying to make IEPs both meaningful and manageable.
This workshop grew out of a simple goal: helping educators spend less time sorting through documents and more time doing the work that actually moves learning forward. I use AI-supported tools as a planning aid, to organize thinking, spark ideas, and ease the mental load, so implementation feels clearer, more focused, and more human.
