The missing half of IEps

Writing an IEP is only the start of the work. The 'missing half' is knowing how to make it come alive in everyday classrooms.

(and not just stashing the document in a filing cabinet 😜)

Finally!

a clear path from IEP meetings to meaningful classroom practice.

Most educators leave an IEP meeting knowing what needs to happen, but with no plan on how to make it happen in a busy classroom.

The Missing Half of IEPs gives you that system.

An IEP isn't just a plan for one student. It's a roadmap for building a more inclusive classroom.

The Living IEP Framework shows you how to use each student's IEP to strengthen classroom routines, create visible supports, and design learning environments where more students can meaningfully participate, learn and thrive.

Hi, I’m Carly, an educator, administrator, and former learning support teacher who has spent years working alongside teachers trying to make IEPs both meaningful and manageable.

This workshop grew out of a simple goal: helping educators spend less time sorting through documents and more time doing the work that actually moves learning forward. I use AI-supported tools as a planning aid, to organize thinking, spark ideas, and ease the mental load, so implementation feels clearer, more focused, and more human.
